The Experiential Network (XN)

XN is a partnership branch of Northeastern University. We provide organizations the opportunity to work with talented students on projects embedded in selected courses with expert faculty oversight. This arrangement enables organizations to move forward on project-based work at no cost while giving students highly relevant work experience and real-world learning opportunities.

Project work is completed inside selected courses for an average of six weeks (with some flexibility), with sponsor-mentors dedicating about an hour per week to providing feedback during class or outside meeting time. Projects are typically research based and conclude with an actionable deliverable that provides insight and recommendations to inform critical business decisions.
